MetLife is a national insurance company that has an investment/development wing containing assets of over 83 billion dollars.

The development and ownership team was looking to differentiate themselves in a very competitive luxury apartment market.
In coordination with ownership and Pappageorge Haymes (architect) we held discovery sessions to understand the vision and end-user experience they were looking to deliver. We then presented a host of different options to meet their goals and vision.
We delivered a program and design that landed 465 Park as one of the premiere luxury apartment buildings in the city that contains state of the art amenity spaces and dwelling units.
